Diabetics worry before they eat fruit. It is because I am worried that sugar in fruits will increase blood sugar and worsen diabetes. As a result, some diabetics do not eat fruit at all. It is true that diabetics should be careful about eating fruits, but they do not need to completely ban fruits.

But, eating fruits is not necessarily bad. Fruits are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and dietary fiber, which are essential to health. Therefore, eating the right amount of fruit is good for your health. However, you need to be smart in eating fruits. It is a method to limit the amount of fruit you eat and to distinguish the types of fruits. First of all, it is recommended that you limit the amount of fruit you eat to one or two times a day, and only half of an adult's fist per episode. If you eat dried fruits, juice, or canned foods, you should eat less.
Diabetics should eat hard fruits like apples, pears, oriental melon, and nectarine rather than soft fruits such as white peach, watermelon, and banana. Fruits with hard pulp are hard and tightly formed in fibrous tissues, which slows digestion and absorption in the human body, thus preventing the blood glucose index from rising sharply.
On the other hand, soft fruits have a fast digestion and absorption rate, which makes it easier to increase blood sugar. For the same reason, diabetics should avoid eating fruits as juice or juice. Finely grinding the fibers of the fruit makes the sugar component easily free and increases blood sugar more quickly
